Vendors     

As we do each year, we select vendors to participate in the Pro-Am Roping that represent the contemporary creative cowboy culture. Bit and spur makers, saddle makers, artists, silversmiths, gear makers of all kinds – we invite the truly authentic and most creative artisans around. The vendor fee for a 5’ x 10’ space is $200.00, a 10’ x 10’ or 8’ x 12’ space is $400.00, an arena spot is $550, and a 10’ x 20’ space is $800. The event is four days, August 22-25, 2024 and vendors will set up on Wednesday, August 21. Please submit a vendor inquiry below to request an application, once approved you can pay for your vendor spot.

Vendor applications close March 31, 2025 and everyone will be notified on the status of their application by April 11, 2025
